Is it just me or is wbzip very hard to find?

Then it isn't "difficult to find it", it is a "broken link", something that we have a "special section" about:

However since it has been talked here, it's allright.

I extracted the WBzip.exe from one of the given links and attached it in the original thread.

The "full" version with source is still missing, however.

Yes, i searched help, searched topics, searched "downloads." googled the net.

There's not a clear link to "winbuilder" here. It's all about winbuilder projects etc. I mean, ye could have a sticky to point to winbuilder releases etc. It took me nearly an hour to find something that loads things into and out of script files.

It's a nice format for backing things up into "virus-proof" lockers. Would have been nice to have a pointer to it in the winbuilder release page.
