The bug reported by phox here is fixed.
Now third party applications like gjost.exe can be started on English systemes, too.
The behaviour that the icons of these aplications appear only after the first click, is still appearing.
I'm working on that.

There are no problems with starting my application programs any more!
All icons are OK and every program could be started from SM, DT and QL!!!
