Hi all

1.Right click in empty place in desktop ,select properties.

2.Go to Desktop tab.

3.Click on Customize Desktop.

4.In opened window go to web tab.

5.Click on Properties buttom.

6.In opened window go to download tab.

7.Enable item Limit hard-disk usagefor this page.and in it's
text filed type 9000

8.OK it.

That is the properties for showing a webpage on the desktop. Don't see how that can have any effect on download speed in a browser.
