When playing around with things, I got the following error when the script (the 0-preconfig from the Win7PE project) tried to "trim" the path (which was empty)...I was trying to force it to find the WAIK and not the Win7 DVD (on an X64 install of Win7)

You just point 0 - preconfig at 'c:\Program Files\Windows AIK' or where ever you installed the WAIK.
