I try to boot MacOS X from Linux on Apple Intel Mac. But currently with no results.
I try to use kexec + grub4dos + boot-132. Boot-132 iso was converted to some bootable hd image. Then i use the following command:
# kexec -l grub.exe --initrd=boot-132.img --command-line="--config-file=map (rd) (hd0); map --hook; chainloader (hd0)+1; rootnoverify (hd0)"
# kexec -e
When boot-132 started, my keyboard stop working. And i can't type any commands (press enter for example to continue booting). In the net i find biosdev=xx option for boot-132. With this option i can specify device for booting. I try to change biosdev option in various ways, but started from kexec boot-132 don't see any internal drives, only the virtual image (--initrd=boot-132.img).
May be grub.exe follow to incorrect boot-132 work? Can i boot boot-132 from kexec without using of grub.exe?
Anybody have any experience in booting MacOS X from Linux through kexec?
P.S. Sorry for my english.

Hi,
I am a student and Mac OS X is new for me. I got an assignment . My aim is to hook MAC OS X at boot time after this i want to run my application to do some operation on boot volume. Then boot volume must be mount.
Basically when i run my application then system must be reboot. After this reboot and before mounting of boot volume i want to do some operation on that boot volume . Then boot volume must be mount after that reboot.
For this i am trying to boot my system from ram with the help of that boot volume on which i want to do some operation.
For this i m using hdik , hdid , hdiutil command .
If you know any method , please guide me.
Kindly help me.
Thanks & Regards
