Got it under Win7 RC1 German:

What do you think about Win7 file, which is changed by me about one hour before I created it?

For Non-German speaking people:

Are you sure you have your time zone set correctly? Presume the summer time did not happen around this time? Its also possible for a program, I presume winbuilder, to mess with the last write time without writing to a file. However you would have to work at it. Its also possible that you are hitting incompatabilities between borland pascal and windows 7.

Of course its also possible you are finding a timezone bug in the international version of windows 7 as I get modification times > create times if I create a script and modify it with winbuilder.

Funny things can also happen in windows if you create a file in one timezone and modify it in a different timezone.

An email from Billy supporting psc finding,

Special Beta Edition -- Correction

Because you signed up to test the Windows 7 Beta, we recently sent you mail about the expiration dates for the Beta and Release Candidate. Unfortunately, we made a mistake.

We said the Beta would start shutting down every two hours on June 1, 2009. The correct date is July 1, 2009.

The rest of the dates in the mail were correct. Here’s a quick summary:

Version: Starts shutting down every two hours: Expires:
Beta July 1, 2009 August 1, 2009
Release Candidate March 1, 2010 June 1, 2010

We apologize for the error and any confusion it may have caused.

Thanks again for helping us test Windows 7.

I guess somebody on "The Door" team may set time zone incorrectly, or maybe some team members using winbuilder....... ;)
