How can I crate a hard drive that allows the user to select a live Linux boot or boot to a real installation? Simply installing one then the other, both ways, does not work. I have the drive partitioned with a place for the live image, a swap partition for the real installation, and a ext partition for the real installation. Installing Live first and installing the real one after (using the live distro), resulted in a failure at Grub stage 2, neither would boot. Installing real first and live image after, results in booting to the Live image only. Currently, everything is in its place by using this second order, but it will only boot to the Live image.
USB HD, dual boot Live + actual installation. How?
