windows 7 on a bootable disc or flash drive?

i was just wondering if there's a way to install the windows 7 beta (build 6801) on a dvd or a flash drive, i don't want to install it on my pc yet.

Yes, it *should* be possible if we take into account what we learned from Vista.

However, for testing purposes you might prefer to use a PC emulator like VirtualBox (freeware) for this task.

But if you're serious about running NT 7 from a pendisk, it involves creating a pendisk capable of booting a computer and then installing the OS on the pendisk from a Virtual Machine (at least from what I've read some time ago)
