[Interface]
pFileBox1="C:\setup.msi",1,13,10,40,200,28,file

Whenever I get in doubt about what is happening in a situation like this I copy the exact same parameters that are used in shellexecute and try to run them in the cmd.exe window.

msiexec.exe /a C:\setup.msi /qb TARGETDIR=c:\Setdir

If this works from cmd.exe without any error message then there is still one thing that might be wrong - the work directory.

Add as final parameter the folder where you want to work (on this case c:\) - it's just an idea - don't know if it will help either.

ShellExecute,"Open","msiexec.exe","/a %pFileBox1% /qb TARGETDIR=c:\Setdir","c:\"

Hi Nuno Brito :whistling:

[codebox]ShellExecute,"Open","msiexec.exe","/a %pFileBox1% /qb TARGETDIR=c:\Setdir","c:\"[/codebox] I'm thank you Nuno Brito for reply ;) This code is working ;) [codebox] FileCreateBlank,"c:\msi.cmd" TXTAddLine,"c:\msi.cmd","msiexec.exe /a %pFileBox1% /qb TARGETDIR=c:\Setdir","Prepend" # ShellExecute,"Open","c:\msi.cmd"
[/codebox]

Good luck ;)
