Is it possible to integrate this in LiveXP whic is necessary for the own developed softwares

MS shouldn't bother much, there is a similar request made on the MSDN forums: http://forums.msdn.m...d-f5fe5ba7b2a9/

They do however recommend this method: http://msdn.microsof...zk9(VS.80).aspx

Which obviously includes redistribution of the redistributable VC files along with your own work..
