1-Preparation.
1.Well in order to install Nlite you firstly need to have NET Framework 2.0.
2.Have the windows 2000,xp or 2003 Install files on cd or harddisk (in this case XP).
3.And a couple a minutes
.2-Start
Upon Opening Nlite you get something similar like this:
Just click Next (the default language is English).
On the Next Windows Specify the Folder where did you put your files in (point to the directory that has the folder i386 in it) or specify the
drive where the CD is in (if you specify a drive than a small box will appear asking you where to copy the files from the cd I put mine in D:\XP).
After that is done you will see that Nlite has scanned your Directory and found out what kind of windows you have.
After you click next a windows with no presets will appear (well if you run it for the first time).
Again Click Next. And than you go to the Task Selection Screen. It looks like this :
In There select the features you want.(in my case i will select all of them).
3-Usage
1.Service Pack
After you Press Next you get a screen where you select what SP to integrate (current supported for XP is SP3).watch some things to load and the intergration is done
.NOTE: Do not intergrate SP1 than SP2 than SP3 just simply integrate SP3
2.Hotfixes,Addons And Update Packs.
After You Press Next you get to this part where you add the hotfixes and the other stuff you might need
i would recommend only adding IE7 and WMP11 because WPI will do the software install . Adding IE is no trouble just insert the IE installer and Viola! you have it integrated , but WMP11 is going to be integrated with a another program.NOTE: If you have programs in addon format (cabs, rars, 7zips , etc.) than in WPI you will add them using Nuno's Addons2WPI converter.
3.Drivers
Adding drivers would be good however i would recommend using Bashrat The Sneaky's Driver Packs to add all the Existing Drivers
.4.Components
This is the fun stuff
in here you delete all things that you don't need (that's why Windows is bloated it has too much stuff that you probably you've never heard of so i would recommend when the compatibility windows appears to tick what you need after that go to the drivers and tick them , because you are going to use BTS Driver Packs than no Drivers will be needed , and than tick all what you think you don't need ( I managed to get my XP install using this method down to like 200 MBs 
).5.Unattended
After clicking Next you get to the Page where you set the most of the settings

6.Options
after clicking next you get to this page i recommend not to touch the options in the general tab , but in the patches tab you should change the UXtheme Patch from disabled to enabled so that you can add themes that are not Microsoft made
.NOTE:If you want to have a classic setup than in the general tab scroll down and you will see Setup Look, in there there is classic change that value from No to Yes and it's done

.4-Finalizing
1.Process
after pressing next there is a windows which asks you do you want to apply changes you select yes. and you'll see Nlite do the stuff you've asked it to do
NOTE: you may get a WMP Integration error
that is because you haven't installed WMP11 Slipstreamer (From Here).2.Making ISO
Before you press the Make ISO button i would recommend you to press the Explore Button to add WPI , the Driver Packs ,and any other files you have costumly made
