Marxo and me, with the help of the autoit community, have released a patcher
that can enable the use of custom themes on XP sp3.

dont think it needs more explanation, so here you go guys!!!

um... dunno if this is right but when I click on the download link I get a Character-Creator-Studio-V2.rar. It can generate some nice characters (though the app is a bit buggy) but it doesn't touch uxtheme.dll at all ;
