I had previously tried to make a program to wrap applications that only need to be run once. Meaning, tools that you need to use but don't want permanently on the end-users system. Little did I know that such a utility already exists called "IExpress"

Microsoft seems to have made the tool for other purposes but it works well. Sure, you could pay for WinRAR or fight with free solutions to make an SFX.. this seems better.
