Take your time.

I'm going to try to fine tune the bbLean shell for WinPE, so a bit busy too.

Looking forward to next version of Wim Mounter PE.

Hi,

Step-by-step...

First window - finds c: and x: - didn't find d: optical drive, which is not suitable anyway. Can the drop-down have a default instead of blank?

The Browse-for-File Dialogue Box to select the File Manager opens in c: directory - can this dialogue be started in systemdrive x: ? In the Options Dialogue, the selected path breaks into two lines - the lower line disappears, and I'm worried that the break is after 'x:\Programs' - might need quotes around the whole path?

On first run, the Dialogue to select the .wim starts in the File Manager's directory... ...can this go back to x: too? It remembers the selection after first run though.

I don't think the WimFltr started with 'Mount' button because afterwards I started it in cmd... it didn't say it was already started.

Image not mounted (even with WimFltr started).

Mount folder created successfully on c: , but not deleted when exit the program.

Regards

It works! It really works! ... ...

Little debug window pops up with 'mount', and the first browse for the .wim starts in the File Manager's folder...

But it works! ...

Thank you.

Working perfectly here on XP! Thank you for this great tool ;) I love it! Do you mind if I build a little script to include it in LiveXP? We're starting to utilize WIM's more and this tool could really come in handy

Either way, thanks again for your work

Grazie, paisano!

Are you Spanish :w00t: too?
:)
http://www.thefreedi...ary.com/paisano

And no, even paesano won't do, for us Italians it simply sounds "strange", as it is almost exclusively used in "broccolino" (pseudo-italian slang, characteristic of the Brooklin established Italian immigrants in the US):
hxxp://ilritrovo.forumcommunity.net/?t=39352600
The above link is not directly clickable as it contains rather "strong" words.

paisà, may
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paisà

as a personal advice, never say "paesano" to an Italian, he will likely think that you just came out of The Soprano's series:
http://en.wikipedia....ki/The_Sopranos

(or that the only things you know about Italy you learned watching them), or, much worse ;) , that you are a mobster.

Nah, meant it as a true term of endearment(just like at MSFN)!

Over here it is colloquial among good friends, some say simply Paesan. Yeah it is American, a bit urban, but not as bad as, say, 'homey' or 'G'. Or maybe it is these days?

Unfortunately I way predate the sucky Sopranos and yes, the Godfather too,(but you're right about that, that series has dramatically dumbed down lots of people here. I cannot bare to watch it). In my memory paesano (pardon the spelling) goes back to at least the late fifties around these parts. What's funny is that link you gave is the first time I ever saw a reference to Spanish for this word. You learn something new everyday.

I'm in the USA, not Spanish (1st gen, family from the deep south, Calabria, mostly Petronà and Cerva). Everyone except me goes back and forth a few times a year (i am so done with airports forever). Are you North or South?

Anyway, definitely no offense meant. You are one of the classic irreplaceable posters on these two excellent tech forums (MSFN and Boot-Land of course). And you are most definitely still the LinkMaster.

Adios, amigo! ;)

I've updated the first topic with a more correct link where this tool can be downloaded. Thanks Wonko.

as it is almost exclusively used in "broccolino"
