Another user here has created a "VistaPE Patch" which can do this.

Scroll down on this site http://maxrealqnx.boot-land.net/ and download the VistaPE Patch v3C For VistaPE 11, not the VistaPE Patch v3d For VistaPE 12.

Hey Hey,

I managed it to get ATL and CRT work. MFC Apps dont bring a sidebyside error anymore, but always bringing another stupid error.
But for me it's enough like this.
I don't know how to create a script plugin for winbuilder, but I want to share my work. So I appended a zip which holds all the files,
which where needed.
Extract them into the WIM and import the content of sidebyside.reg after winpe boot.

I hope that helps somebody. And somebody will make a script plugin for winbuilder!

Hey Thilo,
I tried to run your reg script, but I get an access denied error. How to get around this now?

What applications are you trying to run that require these? I would like to know so I can do some testing to try and help out and make sure that the files are added correctly and your not missing anything.

you can try it with:

http://wiki.mozilla-...0080512.exe.zip

download file
unzip file
un7zip file
copy files from localized to \progra~1\ff
copy files from nonlocalized \progra~1\ff

copy files from my zip file to \progra~1\ff and run firefox.exe

you can try it with http://wiki.mozilla-...4.installer.zip with same steps

But I wannted to create plugin for whole system. Not only for one application. Can you help me?
