PEnetwork runtime problem

If PEnetwork autostart refused ("No" clicked) and then PENetwork manually started from desktop, it hangs on "Starting Browser service".
If PEnetwork is allowed to start automatically (time countdown or click), it runs OK and connection to WEB is working.
Attempt to start "Computer Browser" manually causes an error (Popup: "Error 1060:The specified service does not exist as an installed service".

Possible fix:
in HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Service\Browser\Parameters set MaintainServerList to No before attempting to start Browser service
After this change Browser starts OK, though it terminates immediately because of no work to do :cheers:
