I was wondering if anyone was able to turn the Event Reason OFF when using server 2003 as source. Google said to use pgedit which of course LiveXP doesn't have and Google also said there is a reg hack:


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability

Name:ShutdownReasonUI
Type:REG_DWORD
Value:1=enable;0=disable

I tried the reg hack ShutdownReasonUI was not even in the reg location?
If anyone knows a way how to disable it, please share with the class.
