Due to the folder structure / level changes Nuno made to LiveXP, I adapted nativeEx server to remain compatible.

I did a complete new upload.
All script's version numbers are increased by 1, independent whether they have been changed or not.
If there are some issues, please post here.

After almost full day, I have converted 22 of my application scripts
for new api and tested new nativeEx to the full extent, applying all
my settings to reduce size of the build as heavy as it is possible.

The result is nice RamBoot rescue package size of only 56.2 MB.

All work was done on VistaUlt with English XPSP2 as source.
