Nice,

I usually prefer the Dependency Walker but I'm always open for better tools.

Does someone know if the Jedi Dependency Viewer has some extra functionality (may be related to EXE & DLLs compiled with Delphi)?

It comes with a good set of tools but I don't know either - maybe emailing the author helps solve this doubt? :yahoo:

Just for the record:

Dear ShowDep user!

Unfortunately, currently I have no possibility to add new ShowDep features and fix old bugs. I consider unfair to receive payment from users without providing proper support. In the future I am planning to continue supporting ShowDep and adding new functionality, but I can not say when this is going to happen. I am sorry.

Thank you for your support, for your good words, for your suggestions, for your bug reports. It was really nice to get your feedback and develop a really useful tool.

Sincerely,
Sergey Sorokin

Here's an app that has all the above plus a dozen more tools: PE Explorer. Dependency scanner, EXE Editor, Resource editor, Section editor, Quick Function Syntax Lookup, Delphi Disassembler, etc.

Unfortunatelly it is not FreeWare.

And the forum's members should not advertise commercial products!

I will grant Artt the "Benefit of the Doubt" for the time being.

Sure it is VERY unusual that an user registers on a board just to revive a six months old thread to promote a Shareware/Commercial app, isn't it?

Let's put it this way, if Artt in a few days time will post something more meaningful on the board and show he is interested into being part of the community, I'll keep the post as a "good faith" suggestion, otherwise I'll see him (and his post) out of the board. :D

Fair enough, isn't it? :D
