Can someone point me to a current n00b walkthrough to USB booting?

I've been messing with this thing for hours and can't get it to boot via USB. The only thing I can get to boot is the standard BartPE. None of this Winbuilder stuff works for me.

edit: In fact, I don't even think any of it works in VirtualBox either. I've tried using both XP and 2003.

Hi Fly!

You need to provide more information or it will be very dificult to know how you've built your project.

Please upload your log.html file to share these details.

Also helps to know which OS you're using on your machine, which install CD you've used (English XP with SP2?)


If you don't even boot the image from a virtual machine then something was not done right from the start, first use qemu to view boot get done sucessfully on the emulator and then simply copy the files over to your USB pendisk (I'm guessing that your pendisk is already made bootable if you boot bartPE from it)
