I'm trying to use PicoXP as a rudimentary "build environment" of sorts, and I'm running into a problem:

nul doesn't exist. Of course, what I'm trying to compile pipes things to NUL. Is there any way for me to fix this? nul.sy_ exists, and I verified that the registry of PicoXP contains the info for the DOS device nul.

What do you mean "nul.sy_" exists?

The nul.sy_ is the compressed version of the nul.sys file.

It should be in the source as nul.sy_, but also in the final build as nul.sys.

It is entirely possible that the script does not "copyorexpand" the nul.sy_ in the "source" into the nul.sys in the "target".

If you have in target the nul.sy_ you can try expanding/extracting it, or anyway you can add a nul.sys to the build.
