Hello my friends,

We are changing the server next week so my apologies in advance for any inconvenience this causes.

Unfortunately I doubt we can bring back the FTP access to the subdomains. This change will also be used to clean up some of the issues that have been reported (e.g. broken links, remove subdomains, ..).

I don't have yet a concrete day and don't know how long it will take to conclude the repair.

While the server is offline, I will be reachable for contact on twitter at https://twitter.com/nn81

If you have requests for modifications, please do post them. Can't promise we'll do everything but I would be happy if we can improve the site as much as possible.

Thanks.

I only have one suggesstion: Reduce the amount of downtime this site has, find a better host (are you self-hosting)? Oftentimes I visit and there is some random error and the site won't load. A dedicated host will cost money but you get what you pay for. A bit more money gets you 99% uptime. I'm sure some here would even be willing to donate to offset your costs.

I won't be contacting you on Twitter (who uses that garbage anyway?), which is why I'm submitting my one and only suggesstion now.

The site is running on a dedicated server right now, its a full machine and not a virtual one.

Another problem are the constant DDoS and attacks on the machine. It might be that your own IP is getting blacklisted or restricted from opening too many pages quickly.
