Sir,

I don't know where to post driver related issues. If its wrong to post here, sorry for doing so.

The problem is when i install driver for laptops from Driver pack CD Ver.16 or ealier version, it says drivers are not digitally signed.

If i install disabling the digital signature, will the driver work normally or i have to disable it every time i restart?

I have used a tool which brings a f8 and disables the digital signature by auto. But i forget it. Plz let know the tool name...

You have to differ different cases:

not signed *.sys file:
disabling digital signature is required always: at installation and every time you restart

not signed *.inf file, but signed *.sys files:
disabling digital signature is required at installation, testigning is sufficient, but not at every time you restart

As for a Driver pack CD at unknown hardware:
there is no specific answer possible. Try it.

The best way of course is not to disable digital signature but use signed/unmodified drivers. I too uses driverpacks but if one or more drivers are not signed, i usually skip installing them and only install the signed ones. You can install drivers individually (or skip some ) by going in to the "Expert" mode in "driverpack solution". For example, if wireless driver is not signed but others are okay, i would install all drivers except WiFi and manually download WiFi driver from the manufacturer's website or via Windows update.
