Issue: WinBuilder gives error if you click on Clear Image when a button does not have an image specified.
Error Message: "List index out of bounds (1)"
Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to the Interface editor for a new project. 2. Click on Add 3. Click on Button and hit OK. 4. Click on Clear Image.
Test Environment: AMD 3400 512megs RAM Win 2k SP4 IE 6 SP1 WinBuilder 069 Beta 1
