I have just prepared on my PC (Win 7 Ultimate sp1 x64 Platform, updated by including all hotfixes up to Yesterday, and including WAIK and its Supplement for sp1) a fully working bootable Windows PE usb stick based on Wi7PE project and instructions from www.irongeek.com (dated 7/1/2011), but using a Win 7 sp1 x86 as source for hardware compatibility reasons. Drivers integration strictly made on the basis of said instructions, and nothing else.

A pity, however, that said usb stick does not fully work on another PC (Win 7 Premium sp1 x64 on a HP Pavillon P6-2254EL). In this PC the message in subject appears.

Why I received this message? What's wrong in my usb stick?

To be noted that both PC bear, integrated on their mobo, almost the same net card, that is a Realtek PCIe GBE Family (RTLO8111BC RTL8112L), but different RT64win7.sys versions (7.043.321.2011 on 1st PC, and 7.053.0216.2012 on 2nd PC)

Herebelow you can find how said project has been done:

Instructions from www.irongeek.com have been strictly followed (as far as I know) except that: I renounced to perfotm a virtual test (not working in my case for unknown reasons); I prepared the usb stick separately by using diskpart command and just copying files from Win7PE_x86.iso file; I have added some plugins from Acronis.

I noted additionally, that on Winbuilder shown on my display some items are missing with respect to those shown on Winbuilder printout of instructions from www.irongeek.com:

1) Item "original display drivers" among "Drivers" category is missing

2) Category "OtherOS" is missing

3) Item "adc" and item "Network" among "Apps" category are missing

I don't know the rilevance of said missing items in my case.

Log file of project developed and any other info you may need are available upon request.

Any help would be appreciated.
