This is my first script! ...and thankfully a simple one.

On first run the script downloads the free TDSSKiller executable from Kaspersky. Shortcuts for Start Menu and Desktop are added. Simply run and scan...

You can change the download location in case it moves, and set whether you want it to download a new copy with every project run. There is no new version checking going, so just use the check box next time you notice it needs updating.

I realise some of it's power with checking services and drivers won't work from a PE environment, but I've repaired quite a few MBR based rootkits this way and for that reason justifies the script.

I'm trying to create a support forum link from the download to this page... Can someone advise how to do this? Thanks...

I do not know exactly the forum's internal rules, but maybe, because you are a new member, this script has to be approved in order to create the support topic.

I did so w/o testing.

I hope that I did not do something wrong and approved a virus! :dubbio:

Peter

BTW: I also hided the presenting topic in "forensic"

Thanks for the approval, and the script should be safe so don't blame me if the members get the flu lol. "Forum Topic" button appeared as soon as you have approved it but yet to link to anything. As soon as it does I'll update the description and close off this thread.

I think you also cannot close yet. When you want to do so, send me a PM and I'll hide or close, whatever you want.

Peter
