Hello, (again) friendly USB Windows builder would ask how to verify USB data in place ?

I have few tools:

* Check Flash -> http://mikelab.kiev....RAMS/chkflsh_en

-This fellow here does quite insane work. He has Video Memory Tester & Check Flash tool and these toys sure work damn well in error testing.

* HD Tune & Partition wizard (I'm sure of a lot of other tools have surface tests)

* HDDScan (unsure does this support flash drives)

What I am searching with this post is something that would read USB flash drive and then verify that same data is at flash (read -> compare). Any suggestions?

RMPREPUSB as a built-in USB device verification tool if I recall correctly, check it.

I am not sure what you mean by:

Compare with what? :w00t:

Which flash? :dubbio:

:cheers:

RMPrepUSB would do a quick size test on a formatted or unformatted flash drive but not a thorough data integrity test. H2TESTW is a tool that will check the data integrity of all unused parts of a formatted flash drive and does not destroy the formatting or any files present. CheckFlash would be another good choice.

yeah, checked up RMPrepUSB features. This should do quite well for my purpose.

Just kinda losing fate on some sticks got stacks of them to project I am building hell probably 1000 euros worth usb sticks alone, lol. basically just wanna know when 1 wears out since almost all real hardware testing most be written which sucks as there is no reliable virtualization existing yet.
