Make a directory, say C:\mycdtools\.
Put in it the needed tools, you should have this:
04/09/2010 11.09 6.522 bExtract.cmd
16/10/2011 18.20 1.008.654 cygiconv-2.dll
16/10/2011 07.55 35.342 cygintl-8.dll
19/10/2012 13.40 2.858.355 cygwin1.dll
11/02/2005 10.51 6.637 dsfo.exe
16/03/2005 17.11 53.248 DumpHex.exe
30/01/2005 12.44 6.144 fsz.exe
20/01/2008 21.18 19.968 gsar.exe
03/06/2010 16.17 100.352 isoinfo.exe
03/06/2010 16.17 345.600 mkisofs.exe
Put in that same directory the .iso you want to check, say it is "mynicecd.iso":
Open a command prompt, navigate to the C:\mycdtools\ directory, then type:
bextract.cmd mynicecd.iso
and press [ENTER]
What happens?
As an example I get:
