Hi
Can you give more details?. How this sudden shutdown happened?
Without details i can only guess but here are some basic steps. Most probably your C drive file system got corrupted due to sudden shutdown and that could be the reason for BSOD ( I saw it several times). First boot from your XP CD and open recovery console. You should first do a "CHKDSK C: /R" from there. This should probably fix any NTFS damage. Try to boot your PC after checkdisk completed.

sudden electricity turn off made the computer shut down, yeah NTLRD is missing files got corrupted, when i access to the console to and choose the partition for checkdisk the BSOD appears with a bad pool caller error
