An ISO SP2 German and English is available here

Slipstream into the SP1 trial does not work!
You need a registered version!

If you get a error if you try to integrate SP2 to Server-2003-SP1-Trial,
remove SETUPREG.HIV, and after integrate, put it back!!!
for me that works fine. i found that out today with try and error.

I'm glad to that there is a solution, but wich key would it check inside setupreg.hiv to react like this?

Probably this SP2 update will use setupreg.hiv to view the key "ControlSet001\Services->setupdd" and check if the value is: 00000000000000000000000000000000"

we need to compare the setupreg.hiv from the demo, with the setupreg.hiv from a full version.
anyone with a full version can do that ?

The first 3 bytes of ControlSet001\Services\setupdd are different on different systems and define evaluation finish date.

If they are set to 00 the slipstream can be done.

I tried a build with German W2003 SP2 as source:

CMD as shell boots and works.
Explorer as shell reboots continously. Maybe somebody finds a patch for C&E or WinSXS to run wirh W2003 SP2.

Does it not build because there has somethiing gone wrong with the forced slipstreaming or because our scripts don't work with W2k3SP2?
Has anyone tryed it with a valid upgraded source?

I tried to build with explorer shell from the source:
trial Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition with SP2 (32-bit x86) English - X13-04874.img
(not slipstreamed)
and constantly reboots

tried build from sp1 source but with 'Run Windows from RAM' checked and files ramdisk.sy_ and setupldr.bin from SP2
simply hang at boot after 'Starting Windows Preinstall Environment . . .'
