An error message will be displayed if grub4dos is used by freedos.

FAILURE RESTORE ROM INT 0X76 VECTOR
UNSUPPORTED DOS, DEVICE DRIVER OR TSR

my laptop is LENBOVO G560, equipped with a Insyde H20 v2.15 BIOS.

It does not solve, although the newest version and some versions were tried.

Any ideas?

Which FreeDOS version?

And what do you mean by "newest version"?

Suggestion:

Try using FreeDOS 1.0 or later and the latest build of grub4dos 0.4.5c of chenall.

Comment out all your device lines in your config.sys(or fdconfig.sys) and remove all TSRs in your autoexec.bat, and then run grub.exe.
