Hi....There are lots or ready made tools to create a GRUB loader boot menu. But what about making a custom GRUB with custom menu.lst :dubbio: . I mean what files should I need for successfully loading GRUB in the MBR and I mean the total basics :book: . What system files, what commands should I use to create my own GRUB menu with multiple OSes and other recovery partition??? :lightbulb: ..Because I have no idea on using GRUB :hammer:  :fool: ...Any suggestion will be appreciated!!!  :hi:

Thank you once again! :cheerleader:

Do you mean grub or grub4dos?

If grub4dos then try my site and particularly this page.

4DOS :loleverybody:

grub is older and not currently developed. grub4dos is similar and was originally developed for DOS boots as opposed to linux.

If you don't know then I suggest you look at grub4dos (not grub).

wiki has details.

More generally, reading the grub4dos guide (which is already pointed out as sticky):
http://reboot.pro/forum/66-grub4dos/
http://reboot.pro/to...-guidetutorial/
http://diddy.boot-la...os/Grub4dos.htm

is obviously the first step.
Since the time the guide was written a number of features were added to grub4dos, but you need anyway the basics first thing.
