Do it is possible to test a tftpd32 server with Qemu?Yes. TFTP is fine. If you want to test DHCP, you will probably want to use a tap device.

Just for the record, Qemu Manager includes a tap device in the install.

I installed driver, but not see how use from qEmu 0.9.0 command line in windows.qemu -h provides help. You are missing the ifname sub-option for the tap option.
i tryed:
qemu -net nic,model=pcnet -net tap
qemu -boot c -hda /hd1 -m 1024 -localtime -net nic,macaddr1=0e:50:40:17:39:01 -net tap
but not work.

I not undstand the question. That is a good answer. If you bridge the tap and local LAN network connections, then the QEmu will be on the local LAN.
TFTPD32 have my local lan ip address.
In my lan real pc pxe work.
