There are a few things to tidy up (mostly build process logic) before submitting this for inclusion in Syslinux. That includes getting the driver to compile for AMD64 under MinGW. (Using the WDK should be fine.)
Wait... What is this?
Well if you booted MEMDISK (version >= 3.86) at some point during the computer's startup, it leaves traces of itself in low memory. MDiskChk can report about the MEMDISKs that were established, including the "kernel command-lines" that were passed to the MEMDISKs from whatever boot-loaders loaded them.
Also available is a mode which produces batch-file commands based on the aforementioned command-lines.
Use
mdiskchk.exe /?for a little help.
