Help with multiboot usb disk with XP\Win7

No way to just boot to like a command prompt? Like running cmd.exe and then running the diskpart.exe? seems like someone would of made a little iso you could boot with a windows cmd prompt environment

You may try PartedMagic for partitioning and formatting tasks. You may use WinSetupFromUSB to add it.
