The quote button never works for me

At the bottom of posts there are buttons labled multiquote and quote. Neither one of them do anything, either in internet explorer or firefox. What is the deal with that? Is it just me?

Hi Maximus.

Have you tried to clear up the cache from your browser?

I'm testing the multi quote on both Firefox and IE without any issues.

Let me know if it works or not, take care!

Just did that in IE and it didn't help. I seem to have something weird going on, considering it happens with both IE and Firefox.

The quote button does nothing. The multiquote button brings up a box at the bottom of the screen that allows me to select multiple post to quote, but when I click on it, some small bars appear shortly in the top middle of the screen and then disappears, and that is it.

On a side note, I can right click on the quote button and choose to open in a new tab or window and it will work (but in a new tab or window). That is how I got this post quoted. The multiquote button acts just like the quote this way, so can't multiquote this way.
