The script for integrate drivers on Win7PE_SE is WIN7PE SE --> Drivers --> Driver Package Installer

For Win7PE you need DP_MassStorage_wnt6-x86_1203.7z into the folder:

Win7PE_SE_20120416\Workbench\Common\DriverPacks_x86\

To clarify: wnt5 is not wnt6
Yes, use wnt6 for Windows 7.

Expand .7z and delete folders vista and server

Driver package Installer uses DPInst tool to import drivers you select or supply. Drivers must be unpacked before DPInst can scan and import so if supplying DriverPacks (7z archives) they will be unpacked first.

Driver integration uses DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) tool to integrate drivers into WIM image where they are loaded at each boot.

Nice tutorial picture Amalux B)

Look at this thread Adding drivers to Win7PE_SE
more precisely post 24 and 26

Driver Integration (Dism) or Driver Package installer (Dpinst), it is a personal choice, it depends on your use but you should find your answer ;)
I believe that MassStorage is better with Driver integration to have them at startup, if needed.
