Im looking for a Flavour of linex that:
boots fast
Booteble from grub 4 dos
GUI
accsess HDD & USB
show CPU RAM DISKROM info
Boots in 30 seconds or less

any ideas?

1. Download Linux PartedMagic pmagic_2012_2_27.iso http://partedmagic.c...hp?id=downloads

2. Download BOOT_USB.exe http://www.911cd.net...showtopic=24424

3. Use BOOT_USB.exe to prepare USB drive for booting with pmagic_2012_2_27.iso file

4. Boot Linux Parted Magic ISO file from Grub4dos Boot menu

PartedMagic seems great ,one thing :dose it boot fast?
I have backtrack and it Boots SLOW....

iv been doin some googl'n and found SystemRescueCd ,seems good
i gess i would have to do some testing...

Try porteus. It is a slax fork that is very modular. It doesn't specialize in recovery but you can add the tools necessary with ease, as I have. Making your own packages( they call them modules) is a breeze.
