Note that the tutorial is for a USB Flash drive and you need to modify the Vista/7 ISO files if you want to use a USB HDD instead. See tutorials #43 for details.

If you get Error 15: file not found, then you have not used the correct filename.
Try the menu entry and the when it goes back to the menu again after the error:
then type ls /
you should see the files in the root of the USB drive listed
then type ls /_ISO/Windows/ and you should see the Win7 iso listed.
I have tested this many times on many different systems and it does work - so you have done something wrong.
You just need to follow the instructions.
If you want help with it, please give details - like what menu you are using when you get the error!

I think I understand that Win 7 and Vista 'need CD driver' and XP = Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)
Please READ Tutorial #30 for lots of help and troubleshooting FAQs for XP install.
Please watch the YouTube videos.
So please describe::
1. Boot from USB and choose Find the PCI Mass Storage IDs - what do you see?
2. What BSOD error do you get if you choose XP STEP 1 - is it 0x0000007B?
3. What drivers did you choose when using 'S' after F6?
4. What is your USB drive make and model (Lexar Jumpdrive, SanDisk,...)
5. What system are you trying to install Windows onto (Dell PC, Acer Aspire, ???)
6. When installing Win 7 or Vista, do you see blue console window with prompt for 'Repair' (see Tut #43 - Fig. 43.6.4)?
7. What ISO files are you using (where were they downloaded from, are they changed from standard MS install CD/DVDs)?
Please understand you need to give information, not just say 'it does not work'. Please read Tutorials #30 and #43. Please watch YouTube videos. Please answer my Q's 1-7 above. Please state clearly what errors you get for each different OS install option.
