Most of the Control Panels can't be opened especialy 'default programs'. The error message states, that Windows doesn't know, with which file to open the link.
I tryed to get information about the file behind the shortcut, by checking the properties. But those are too Win7. ;-) And don't tell you anything.
Can anyone tell me, what file or file extension i need to fix?
Or a tool that can reset explorer registry settings?
