Sounds great, but it require you register to download it. Its not like their video shows. It shows that you click the download button and the app downloads. But what actually happens is that you get a registration page before downloading.

Video shows this

But what actually happens is this.

Sure, I just "registered" with:

Username: * Mickey
E-mail address: * mickeymouse@disneyland.com

First Name: * Mickey
Last Name: * Mouse

Please DO NOT use my above personal data, FAKE YOUR OWN! ;)

One can use a disposable Yopmail.com email and anonymous web server for most of such sites, but some would still require a more realistic traceable address like Gmail and registration activation that confirms the address belongs to you. And very limited number of companies, usually known to be watched by Uncle Sam, would require your web provider mail server hosted email address... and block most known circumvention techniques like anonymous proxies, Tor etc. Anyone met the later sites so far - any examples? :)

Hi,

Probably TheHive want to know if you get the download right away after registration or you need to give a working e-mail to get the real URL to download.

Yep, and surely Wonko (the Sane) ALREADY replied him. :whistling:

You enter your data, and you get to the download.

Sounds a lot like ;):

You enter your data, and you get to the download.

and VERY unlike:

You enter your data, and you will soon get in the e-mail account you provided a message with a link to the actual download.

Or do you really think that if you write to mickeymouse@disneyland.com Wonko (the Sane) will reply you? :dubbio:

Why not? :dubbio:

Several possible explanations:
  • because your e-mail should travel faster than light to get to him in time?
  • because he doesn't replies to incoming e-mails? (because he is a bastard at heart :w00t:)
  • because to contact Wonko (the Sane) you need to send e-mails to his REAL e-mail address (which is goofy@disneyland.com ;))
