As I understand ImDisk can emulate only CD, hard-disk and floppy drives. Are there any plans to add last typical device - USB drive? It can be very usefull for modern programs, which can work only with removal drives but need more than 1,44Mb for files, so require USB flash. E.g. to store encryption keys and some additional info.

ImDisk can emulate "removable" drives if you click "removable media" box when you create a device.

The usual *warning* applies.

IMDISK does not emulate a "device", it emulates the Volume(s) or partition(s) on it.

The MBR is skipped, in the case of hard-disk or partitioned USB thingy.

If you want to "emulate fully" the device you will need a different type of driver, like Ken Kato's VDK or, at an even "lower" level, MS VSS drivers, compare with:

Thank you! Emulation of removable devices work for me perfectly.
