tftpd32 and vm

With Tftpd32 running in a vmware vm (windows xp w/ SP3 installed and the latest tftpd32)
Error 11003 (cannot connect to the service)
A non recoverable error occurred during a database lookup.
This error occurs whether the standalone version, the service version or both are installed.
