Your file has the same md5 hash as that one from wikipedia web page, so i assume this is the same image.
So, the answer is ... a cat.

Steps to resolve the challenge above:-
- Obtain Paint.NET from here
- Grab BoltBait's plugin set from Paint.NET forum
- Install the plugin. A set of new options will appear under Paint.NET Menu bar -> Effects
- Load the Image
- Choose Menu Bar -> Effects -> Steganography -> Reveal hidden B&W image (1 bit)
