Long time ago I uninstalled this nice app Camou121.exe, but I do not want to reinstall just to check ...

Your file has the same md5 hash as that one from wikipedia web page, so i assume this is the same image.

So, the answer is ... a cat.

Steps to resolve the challenge above:-
  • Obtain Paint.NET from here
  • Grab BoltBait's plugin set from Paint.NET forum
  • Install the plugin. A set of new options will appear under Paint.NET Menu bar -> Effects
  • Load the Image
  • Choose Menu Bar -> Effects -> Steganography -> Reveal hidden B&W image (1 bit)
