Don't you just need to extract one channel with the low volume stream?
The mplayer command only plays that channel and amplifies it 20 times.

It sounds like a singing bird, but I don't know which one.

Maybe others want to keep trying this challenge.

There are some things mind (money) can't buy.
For everything else, there is ... the text below!

First, I used Audacity for the audio file. Go to Channel4 and set view on Spectrum.
So now we know the link to download the next stage of this challenge.
Go and download the 7z archive!
Extract the archive!

You will see that the image is not encrypted, but the other two files SAM and system are encrypted with a LZMA password.
Starting with the image, I used the Steganography plugin in Paint.NET to view the archive password. But this after I tried some Matrix related keywords with no success.

I thought the string "IT IS ALL AROUND US" it is a clue, searched and found it's from Matrix movie. So I tried Matrix, matrix, MATRIX and Neo.

After I got the files, since I knew that SAM and system files encrypt Microsoft Windows users passwords, I used a free utility to extract the NT password hash and tried online NT crackers. Since the password of User2 is a common dictionary word, the hash was decrypted quickly.

And if I had a better processor, I think I could even brute forced the archive, but I did not knew it was encrypted with only four characters
password and a charset of numbers only.
