Does anybody know how can I enable USB Boot in the BIOS via windows?
I suppose that some of you will think it's a weird question because BIOS should be the basic before ths O/S but I look for a way to make a quick change between my installed O/S and my USB O/S on any computer I work on.
Thanks in advance.

Most computers have bios boot menu. Press ESC or F10 or whatever your BIOS screen tells you and then select the medium you wanna boot from.

I know that way. I try to find a way to enable it while I'm still at normal windows. For exemple: There are people who don't like people to mess up with their BIOS screen since they are afraid something to be ruin up. I want to try to do an automated way to change it when I plug-in my USB HD.
The only problem is that I don't know if it is even possible to do it in windows already.

There are/used to be tools, which were able to access the BIOS settings from within Windows, but that was Win9x times.
I don't know if this is still possible with todays OS.
However i fail to see the point.
Messing with those settings from within Windows will result in a permanent change, just like when entering the BIOS and switching boot order.
Using the BIOS provided boot menu, will not cause any permanent changes and therefore be the least invasive methode as well as the most fail safe one.
