Have I gone about this the wrong way? Is there something I am missing?

Below are Windows 7 Registry application license entries -that I exported. Then I used reg2WBS 4.0.3 to convert registry export.

--------------------------------------------
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\XXXXXX]
"1"="ABC"
"3"="123456789123456789"

and

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\XXXXXX]
"1"="ABC"
"3"="123456789123456789"

--------------------------------------------

Hive_Load,Software
reg_add,0x1,XXXXXX,"1","Team#$sABC"
reg_add,0x1,XXXXXX,"3","123456789123456789"
reg_add,0x1,SOFTWARE\Classes\XXXXXX,"1","Team#$sABC"
reg_add,0x1,SOFTWARE\Classes\XXXXXX,"3","123456789123456789"
Hive_Unload,Software

Produces error: RegWrite - Type: [0x1] Section [HKLM\XXXXXX] Key [1]: Team ABC and halts the build

The first Windows 7 registry export can be imported to a Win7PE registry and the application ran as licensed.

Is there a "Hive Load, statement for [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT]?

Thanks for the tip Amalux!

RegCPE produced results I was looking for:

RegHiveLoad,Tmp_Software,%RegSoftware%
RegWrite,HKLM,0x1,Tmp_Software\Classes\XXXXXX,1,"Team ABC"
RegWrite,HKLM,0x1,Tmp_Software\Classes\XXXXXX,3,123456789123456789
RegHiveUnLoad,Tmp_Software
