From the log I can see the size of file ubuntu-10.04.2-desktop-i386.iso is 245 MB.
While the size of this file on a mirror is reported to be about 700 MB

ubuntu-10.04.2-desktop-i386.iso 11-Feb-2011 14:28 720007168

please compare the md5 Hash of your ISO file by the md5 Hash given on this website https://help.ubuntu....ty/UbuntuHashes

xboot already has built in facility for finding md5 hash.

EDIT:

md5 hash of ubuntu-10.04.2-desktop-i386.iso is
477350cbea8936c63d587cf2be69181b

the md5 hash are diffrent, but if i burn the iso, the iso boot perfectly in my pc.

anyway I´m downloading the iso from ubuntu site to try again.

I try to make a iso with ubuntu based live cd (as deft) and the error its the same.

IF md5 hash are different then definitely there's some problem with ISO file.

the iso boot perfectly in my pc.

yup, it might work perfectly temporarily.but its not the right criteria to judge the ruggedness of your ISO file.Until unless md5 hash matches, something wrong will occur in future.
