Hi,

First of all, sorry if the whole topic is off-topic, I don't have other windows related forums to ask the questions.

Background: I enabled the Remote Desktop with my Windows XP Professional, according to
http://www.microsoft...emoteintro.mspx
Everything is working fine.

Problem: However, it seems very weird to me that, although I can connect into XP's Remote Desktop remotely just fine, it never works when windows first starts, no matter how long I've waited. I get "unable to connect" problem from the remote side. I can tell that the service is not started (port not open). It can only accept connection once I've logged into my Windows XP. Once a user is logged into the host, then the remote connection can be made.

I've searched everywhere for the cause and cure but can't find it.
Anybody can help me out here?

Thanks
