But just as a generic approach, you can usually use some sort of tool to "unpack" the ISO (if it is an ISO file) or just copy the files off the DVD/CD onto a disk drive (a folder at the root level is best, and don't use spaces in the name).
Then, use a boot sector extractor (if needed) or figure out what the boot manager is (usually a GRUB variant or Isolinux), and use that information to find the configuration file (menu.lst or isolinux.cfg), make changes and then recreate the iso/DVD.
This is NOT for total NOOBs, but isn't that hard, and there are LOTS of tutorials and guides here to help you learn either boot manager or creating a bootable DVD/CD.
So, in addition to being as specific as possible, to some more research here (and elsewhere)!...
